Anna Received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Mississippi State University in and earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Mississippi.  While attending Law School she had the honor of serving on the Moot Court Board of International Law and Research at University of Cambridge. Anna also served as the Student Body Attorney General and Law Association of Women President. She is currently a member of the Mississippi Bar, South Central Mississippi Bar Association and Hattiesburg Young Lawyers.  

A Hattiesburg native, Anna returned home from Washington after years of working on Capitol Hill as part of a legislative team for a United States Congressman, focused on supporting and protecting Mississippi interests, to practice law as part of a local, prestigious firm. During her time at the firm she quickly built a foundation of success in the practice of child and family law, divorce, personal injury and employment.

In 2017 Anna was appointed by Mayor Toby Barker to the position of Assistant Prosecutor for the City of Hattiesburg.  She maintains a strong presence in the community, holding leadership positions on several boards including, Co-Chair of the Pine Belt Young Professionals and Chair of 100 years of Women's Suffrage Celebration.
